You’ve completely covered the bump with the hand and the rose and hidden the very thing you aimed to photograph. Also more profile would’ve emphasised the bump. Just my opinion.

  Thanks for the comments – you are correct that more of the bump is covered than should be but also this is one photography of a few dozen we took that Sharon particularly liked hence one of the reasons for putting it online.
  
  The key goal of a bump shoot is as you say, to emphasize the bump itself. When i’m shooting, I always have a wide range of poses as some clients don’t want the full on bump shot but a more discreet sensual image, I think this is captured well with this picture.
  
  Thanks for the comment though, the only way we improve is to get constructive criticism of our work.
